I hope you all having a better day then me.. my day just feels like I one of those days where nothing is going to go right but I am hoping some yoga helps! Any way today I am coming to you with something new to the blog a recipe of the week post! Every week I am going to try to cook a new recipe I find and share it with you all. I will let you know how hard I thought it was to cook and of course if it was yummy or not!!
This past week I made braised balsamic chicken as you can see above. I am sorry I don't have a prettier picture to show you of it but that is what the chicken looked like when it was done. This recipe overall wasn't very hard to make the only challenge was the amount of ingredients it asked for and the steps in which you have to put them in! Because of this it also was a bit time consuming which all braising meats is so if you are looking for a quick dinner to whip up this isn't it..but it was damn tasty! So overall I definitely recommend this recipe, it was delicious and also it was a great left over, I happened to be cooking it just for myself so I had plenty for the next few days :)
