Hi Everyone! I hope you are all doing well. Today I am sharing a fun post with you all! An awesome company called The Black Tux asked me to write a guide for you all on what to wear to a wedding you might be attending soon.
Once you get to a certain age you start attending weddings very frequently am I right ladies? Also especially once the warmer months come around it is full blown wedding season. Getting a dress or tux for every occasion can really add up. It also brings up the question and concern of what do I wear? Well before you start to worry, I am here to help break it down for you. Also their graphic is a great tool to use to help you figure it out.
I think the first rule of figuring out what to wear to a wedding is doing a little research based on the information you can gather from the invitation. It is important to know the style of the wedding, how formal or informal it is, and the location. This can help clue you in on what you have to wear. For example if it is an early summer wedding and it is outdoors you can gather the attire is going to be less formal and little more relaxed. You can also gather it might but on the grass so spikey heels wouldn't be best and sunscreen is a must. You could get away with a nice sundress or something with a floral pattern and some wedges. If the wedding is late summer where it might be much too hot to have a full outside ceremony the attire might be semi formal. Where you would put away the sundresses and pull out or rent a cocktail dress!
Picking out a dress or tux for a wedding doesn't have to be stressful and expensive with the help of businesses like the black tux. All you should have to worry about is enjoying the day, eat some yummy food and dance of course! Also make sure to take some candids of the bride and groom they'll thank you! I hope this is helpful to you.
