Hi Beauties! I am back today with a fun post all about my favorite podcasts!! I started listening to podcasts in the beginning of this year and I am kind of obsessed. I never understood the hype behind them until I started to listen to them myself. I listen to them during work, in the car, when I am exercising if I get tired of music, when I cook etc you get the gist. I basically listen to them all the time.
My number #1 Favorite is Kalyn's Coffee Talk Podcast! I have followed Kalyn's youtube channel for years and she started coffee talks on there and then started this podcast a few months ago. I can't tell you how motivational they are. She comes out with a new one every monday and I honestly look forward to it. I wake up in the morning make coffee (fitting huh) and listen to her latest. Her second to last podcast literally moved me and spoke to me deeply. It was about breathing into the moment. She even goes through a meditation with you...I mean go listen already!
My 2nd Favorite is the Health Code by Sarah Day and her boyfriend Kurt. They are SO funny you will be cracking up the whole time you listen to them but they also give amazing advice on health, relationships, and other lifestyle topics. If you guys don't follow Sarah on instagram you are missing out! She's so inspiring and relatable at the same time. You really feel like she's your sister not just another social media fitness influencer.
My 3rd Favorite is The Balanced Blondes/Soul on Fire podcast by Jordan Younger. Her podcast was one of the first podcasts I listened to! If you guys haven't heard of her or follow her instagram and blog what are you doing with your life??? Kidding but she is so empowering and inspiring with how she deals with chronic illness. She talks about SO much goodness on her podcast you don't want to miss it.
My 4th Favorite is Balanced Bites with Diane and Liz it is SO informative. They talk about so many good topics like Healthy Fats and Cholesterol, Autoimmune Conditions, Acne & Inflammation. They also have wonderful guests on the podcasts as well. I love learning about nutrition and just about the body so I can best maintain mine with my illness. So I love the knowledge I feel I gain from them!
Others podcasts I love, Almost 30, Colorful Eats, Bon Appétit Foodcast, The Chasing Joy Podcast!
If you end up listening to any of these let me know!! Also if you missed my latest post on my gluten free pumpkin chocolate chip muffins you must check it out! They are SO good!
Sending light to you all,
